We train the body the way it performs in everyday life utilizing a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, cardio boxing, TRX, and much more. Our training philosophy is simply about you getting results. We will not make false claims and promises that we can not keep. You must be willing to commit to change and the results will come. Walking on the treadmill and gliding on the elliptical produces only mediocre results at best. Performing resistance training, body-weight exercises, and planks produces superior results!
Semi-Private Personal Training
Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training. Pensacola's Unlimited Fitness Results small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate.
The added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. We have established groups that you can join or we can help you organize a new group.
The Training style will be a combination of fast paced metabolic training and strength training. You will train with Kettlebells, TRX, Barbells, Dumbbells, BOSU Balls, Stability Balls, Medicine Balls, and Body-Weight movements. The body will constantly be surprised with new workouts that result in fat loss and lean muscle gain.
You will be provided with nutritional guidance and monthly body assessments to chart progress. The cornerstone of any great fitness program is nutrition guidance not diet plans.
